Export Bank Transactions; Scheduled Process and Background Process (HTML Widget) Summary file now includes total row(s)

The Export Bank Transactions Summary, which is generated from both the HTML Widget Background Process and Web Services Scheduled Process now includes up to two total rows when generated.

If all items in the Export are included, only a single total row will be included. This gives a total row count, as well as the total value for the Export.

If there is a mixture of include and excluded items in the Export, two total rows will be included. One row totals the selected items, and the other totals everything.
