Account; Quote Account; Accept or Decline message updated

Previously the warning message that displays when declining or unwanting a Quote Account in both the Form and HTML Widget was incorrect. It would say that "This will re-open the Account Application" which is wrong. It has been updated to display either "This will decline the Account Application" or "This will set the Account Application to unwanted" as appropriate.
