HTML Widgets; Document Create wizard; Updated so that when sending an Account Email Document, the User can opt to send to all recipients based on the Document's options

The following changes have been made to the Document Create wizard HTML Widget in relation to Account, Email type Documents:

If the Account has more than one Client that can receive emails AND the Document, Options page is configured to send to multiple Clients, e.g.,

• Owners: All
• Guarantors or Other are checked

Then the "Email" page of the wizard will have a new block at the top to "Send an individual Email to each of the following Recipients?". Checking this option hides the "Email Recipients" block.

The Preview page will show a preview of the Email as it will be sent to each of the Recipients.

WARNING: Rich HTML Emails may not show quite as expected in this preview.
