finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration; Pages that allow a range of Roles to control access, e.g., Reporting Page, we incorrectly showing Users/ Roles as having access to the page

On the finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form, pages that show a "Roles/ Users that can view" type grid (e.g., the Reporting group, Reporting Page) were incorrectly showing a green tick against Users that did not in fact have access to that page.

This occurred in the specified Roles range, included an "exclusion" range, e.g., "!CFW".

If a User was a member of the "CFW" range, they should not be able to access the page.

The following updates have been made to fix and clarify information in this grid:

Users tab:

  • Inactive Users:
    • Will always show the red, Denied icon
    • Shows the message User is inactive
    • Grid row is shown as inactive (light grey text)
  • User is in an excluded Role:
    • Shows the message Excluded by specified Roles range
    • Shows the red, Denied icon

NOTE: These changes are purely visual. The permissions/ Role exclusions were being applied as expected.
