Account Types; Saving a record could return "Index was outside the bounds of the array" when using Promotions

When updating an Account Type in finPOWER Connect Desktop and instead of saving, the User navigated to another record using the Next or Previous buttons, it was possible to get an "Index was outside the bounds of the array" error if using Promotions.

This has been fixed, and now the error will not occur.
