Send Email HTML Widget; updated CC and BCC from simple text boxes to combo boxes with dropdown lists

The Send Email HTML Widget has been updated so that the CC and BCC fields are now combo boxes with dropdown lists that match the main TO field.

Note, the Test parameters have also been updated to allow TO, CC and BCC defaults to be unlimited length, previously they were limited to 20 characters.
