Pages are now hidden in the New Client wizard depending on Permissions

The following pages in the New Client Desktop wizard are now hidden if the User does not have Permission to add what the page is responsible for:

• Identification page
• Client.IdentificationItems.Add
• Statistics page
• Client.StatisticsSets.Add
• Postal / Physical Address pages
• Client.ContactAddresses.Add
