Create PayTo Agreement drilldown wizard and HTML Widget; dropdown list for Name enhanced

The Name dropdown in the Create PayTo Agreement drilldown wizard and HTML Widget has been enhanced and now includes the following items:

• If the Account's current Payment Details Payment Method is "Split" or "Monoova".
• The Name defined for the Payment Detail.
• All "Owner" Clients are included.
• For Individuals:
• The full Name of the Client.
• For Sole Traders:
• The Name of the Client.
• The full Name of the Client.
• For Organisations:
• The Legal Name of the Client if defined.
• The Name of the Client.

Note, the first item in the list will be defaulted.

The following HTML Widget has ben updated:

• HtmlWidget_AccountPaymentPayToCreateAmend
