Configuration Security Report; User Warnings enhanced
The following User warnings have been enhanced in the Configuration Security Report:
- User has not logged in for X days
- User's password expired X days ago
Previously, Users who meet these conditions would only be reported from 90 days (not logged in) and 30 days (expired password). This may have resulted in Users running the Configuration Security Report to not notice Users who hadn't logged in, or had expired passwords for a number of days until they were eventually included in the report.
This has been updated to the following:
User has not logged in for X days
- Under 31 days = Will not appear
- 31 to 60 days = Will appear in the "Low" block
- 61 to 90 days = Will appear in the "Medium" block
- 91+ days = Will appear in the "High" block
User's password expired X days ago
- 1 to 15 days = Will appear in the "Low" block
- 16 to 30 days = Will appear in the "Medium" block
- 31+ days = Will appear in the "High" block
This will allow for earlier identification of potentially troublesome User records.
