Interest Payout wizard; now confirms Interest Balance has not changed since loaded

If the Interest Payout wizard is opened in more than one finPOWER Connect instance, you can end up with two sets of transactions being created - if both are committed.

To recreate:

• Run two instances of finPOWER Connect.
• Run the Interest Payout wizard on both.
• Both instances should show a grid of the same Interest Balances.
• Complete the wizard on one instance.
• This creates Bank Transactions
• Complete this wizard on the other instance.
• This creates a duplicate set of Bank Transactions.

Obviously, this means the Client will be paid twice.

finPOWER Connect now confirms that the Interest Balance has not changed since loaded, as would be the case if another User at the same time committed Interest Payouts.
