HTML Widgets; Grids; When grouping a Date or DateTime column, the Group Header now formats the display value

Previously, if you opted to group a grid by a date (e.g., a Task Manager Monitored Accounts folder grouped by "DateOpened"), the value displayed would just be text, e.g., "2024-07-17T00:00:00Z".

The column format is now taken into account and used to format the group header text correctly.

This applies to both Date and DateTime columns.
