If no finPOWER Connect password is configured, Web Services still attempts to login and may lock the User out
Web Services Administration allows a finPOWER Connect Database and User/Password to be configured.
If a User was specified but no password, Web Services would still attempt to connect to the database which, if using a User that was not using a User Policy that never locked the User out after a certain number of failed password attempts, would cause the User to be locked out in a matter of seconds.
NOTE: If an incorrect password is configured, the same issue will still arise.
