Reporting; Summarised reports; Code column width increased to minimise wrapping

When a report is summaries, i.e., a grouping selected and the "summarise" button checked, the report columns change to display a code and description column.

The width of the code column has been increased from 630 twips (around 5 characters) to 1100 twips which is our standard width to accommodate codes of around 10 characters.
