Deposit Account, Interest Payment Type change wizard; now audits "Capitalise" setting if unchecked

For a Deposit Account, the Interest Payment Type can be changed and, if changing from "Compound", there is an option to capitalise the compounded Interest.

If this option was checked it was audited and shown audit information pages.

If unchecked it was not included in the audit log, and therefore if missing it could be assumed it was unchecked.

However, if unchecked it is now audited, so it clearly shows that the option was unchecked.
