HMTL Widgets; Log Edit form; Notes textbox often shows as single line when using the Public1 or SemUI Widget styling

The finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration form, Theme, HTML Widgets page allows a theme to be applied to HTML Widgets.

This theme can optionally be applied in finPOWER Connect Cloud.

NOTE: Applying Widget theming in finPOWER Connect Cloud is discouraged since it can interfere with the User Interface consistency and negatively impact the user experience.

When one of these themes was applied, the "Notes" field in the Log Edit form would often appear as a single line and not expand until text was typed into it and the control refocused.

The Public1 and SemUI styles have been updated to prevent this from happening.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the layout and styling, when using either Public1 or SemUI, you may notice that the top of the Notes textbox jumps up and down a pixel or two at certain times.
