Cost Centres; Adobe Sign; Additional validation

The Adobe Sign Service now requires an Authentication Token and API Access Point to be entered before allowing the credentials to be verified.

The Verify button is now disabled if no Authentication Token or API Access Point is specified.

These fields are required by Adobe Sign and an error will be returned if they are not entered.

The Authentication Token and API Access Point can be generated by entering the Authentication URL and Redirect URL then clicking the refresh button next to the Authentication Token field.
