HTML Widgets; Import Bank Transactions; "Service" now defaults if there is only one for a Bank Account

The Bank Account drop down list in the Import Bank Transaction HTML Widget defaults if if there is only one Bank Account in use. Now, this also applies to the Service drop down list. If there is only a single Service in use for a given Bank Account, that will now default.
