HTML Widgets; Publish Documents wizard; Grid "Compact View (single line)" button removes the first character of Notes
The "Documents to Publish" grid in the Publish Documents wizard has a "Compact View (single line)" when including Log Notes.
Clicking this button was incorrectly removing the first character of the Notes and also excluding the last character on the first line.
