HTML Widgets; widget.UI.Grid control; Very large grids may show debug window "Maximum call stack size exceeded" errors

Very large widget grids may show a "Maximum call stack size exceeded" error in the developer console.

This was caused by the menu that is shown when right-clicking the grid.
