Task Manager; Workflows; If no Script is defined under User Preferences, the Summary defined on the Workflow Type will be used instead of the built-in SummaryPage2_Workflow_Summary Script

If User Preferences do not override the Task Manager (version 1), Workflow Summary, the built-in SummaryPage2_Workflow_Summary was used.

This ignores the fact that the Workflow Type can define an overriding Summary Page for Workflows.

Task Manager (version 1) now uses the Script defined on the Workflow Type if there is no overriding Script.
