HTML Widget: Publish Documents wizard; does not allow emailing if only Exchange emails are configured

With the recent addition of Exchange support for emailing, the dependency on having an SMTP server configured to allow this widget to send emails has changed.

If only Exchange and not SMTP was configured (and, if running under finPOWER Connect Cloud, a Web Configuration was not being used to override the SMTP server details), the following warning was given when attempting to publish Email documents:

No SMTP server is configured

A check is now made to see whether either SMTP or Exchange are available and if neither are, the message now reads:

No SMTP or Exchange server is configured
