HTML Widgets; Income Distribution; Built-in Status Messages are now reported

Progress messages displayed in the progress bar when running the desktop form version of Income Distribution are now included as Status Messages in the Income Distribution HTML Widget.

Previously, these messages were left out, however to better indicate how the process is progressing, they are now included.

The following HTML Widget has been updated:
