Clients; Communication Settings updated to respect Advanced Client Licencing

The Client and New Client forms have been updated to display the correct Communication Settings depending on Advanced Client licensing. The Letter, Email, SMS and Phone (Voice) Check Boxes for General, Marketing, and Other will only be displayed if licensed for Advanced Clients.

These Check Boxes are displayed on the Profile page of the Client form, and on the "Tax & Other Information" page of the New Client form.
