Floating Rate Loan Payment Review wizard; First New Payment date may be incorrect

The Floating Rate Loan Payment Review wizard may show the incorrect First New Payment date.

This occurs if the "Earliest date" on the first page "Processing Options" is left blank. In this case the date shown is the first Payment on the Loan, including existing transactions.
