Cloud Connect Configuration; New option to Override Account Interest Payment Type Change wizard

The built-in Account Interest Payment Type Change wizard can now be overridden with an HTML Widget via finPOWER Connect Cloud Configuration options.

This includes the Review window, accessed by the Review Pay Type button on the Financial page of an Account.
