Close Accounts wizard; Error column not populated if fails to commit

In the Close Accounts wizard, after committing Closes, if there are any errors these are reported to the User.

The column to the left of the "Include" column will display a warning icon and the error in the tooltip. However, the "Error" column, if shown, did not include the message - this has been fixed.
