Client Key Details Summary Page; update Date of Birth age

The Client Key Details Summary Page has been updated so that if the Client Date Of Birth is today, then "old" will no longer be displayed next to the Date Of Birth Field.

Additionally, the function AgeAsText in ISDateUtilities has been updated with an optional parameter includeOldText. If includeOldText is True then "old" will be appended to the end of the returned string. The function will now return an empty string if dateOfBirth is today (or dateAsAt).
