Database Reindex; Indexes included in list with no Index Name and fail to reindex

The Rebuild Database Indexes wizard may show indexes with no Index Name. These are typically SQL Server internal system indexes.

If you check either the "Reorganise" or "Rebuild" option the Reindex fails.

A change has been made so, although the index is shown, if the Index Name is not blank it cannot be selected.
