Task Manager 2; Monitored Accounts folders; Can now include "Date Opened"

Monitored Accounts folders in Task Manager 2 can now optionally include a "DateOpened" column which is the "Date Opened" for the Account. The column is captioned "Opened".

NOTE: Although this column will appear as being available for grouping, like any date column, it is not formatted so the value will appear in a non-user-friendly format, including a time portion, e.g., 2024-06-24T00:00:00Z.
