Task Manager 2; Folders can now be sorted by one or more columns
A new "Sort by Column(s)" block on the Columns page of the Task Manager Folder Edit wizard allows a folder to be sorted by one of more columns.
Sorting is not allowed if the folder specifies a "Group By".
This is applicable to the following folder types:
- Account Applications
- Monitored Accounts
- Tasks
- Workflows
- Quick Search
- Id and Name have been added to the available columns list; previously it contained only ObjectTypeText
Multiple columns can be entered, e.g., for a Monitored Account folder:
AccountTypeId,StatusText
And, you can force a column to sort in descending order by appending the text "DESC" after it, e.g.:
AccountTypeId DESC,StatusText
WARNING: If the maximum folder limit is exceeded (1000 records), the sorted results may be inaccurate since one or more records will not be included.
