Client Connect Sample Portal; Enhancements to the Portal when Document Manager is not available

The Client Connect Sample Portal has been enhanced to better handle databases where the the Document Manager is not available. This may include databases which are not licenced, or the Document Manager is specified as "Not Available" in their Web Configuration.

Previously, missing Document Manager configuration could result in confusing errors being displayed around the Portal. This has now been fixed, and any functionality which relies on the Document Manager will be removed from the Portal if it is not available.

The following Portal has been updated:
