HTML Widgets; Client Edit; Addressee & Salutation can now automatically update

The Addressee and Salutation fields on the Profile page can now automatically update when any of the following fields are updated:

• Title
• First Name
• Middle Names
• Last Name
• Preferred Name
• Gender

If an existing Addressee or Salutation has been set, and it differs from those set in Global Settings, the User will be prompted if they'd like to update the existing value with the default format. Any existing Addressee or Salutation which already matches the Global Settings default will be updated automatically. This prevents Addressees or Salutations which have been set manually from changing automatically.

This applies to Individuals as well as Person Acting for Organisations.
