Task Manager 2; Tasks folders; Fails with a database error if the signed in User belongs to a User Group that has Account filters defined

Tasks folders in Task Manager 2 were incorrectly attempting to apply a User Group Account filter when retrieving "Client Review Date" type Tasks in Task Manager 2.

The error was not always shown, however, in finPOWER Connect Cloud, an exclamation mark would show next to the folder count of the Tasks folder.
