Build button below Script Editors now optimises the build process to minimise memory consumption

Previously, every time the Build button below a Script Editor was clicked, an in-memory Assembly was created, thereby consuming more memory (that is never released).

This is no longer the case, thereby optimising memory consumption.

This optimisation has been made with both normal Script compilation and also if the "Roslyn" option is checked under Global Settings, Developer, General.
