Account Application Log; Application Shortcut Updated

The "Account Application Log" form has been updated to use the correct parameters when creating an Application Shortcut from an open form.

Previously, when dragged to the Task Pane, the resulting Application Shortcut incorrectly created a parameter "AccountId" rather than "AccountAppId" meaning the Application Shortcut would not open the form correctly.
