Changes to how Script compilation errors are returned from the Business Layer

The "Build" button below Script editors allows Users to see any compile errors.

The way these errors are returned has been updated to avoid using a Microsoft library that is obsoleted in .NET 8.

The following forms are affected:

• Account Application Types
• Decision Cards
• Documents
• Page Sets
• Portals
• Portal Page
• Queues
• Report Templates
• Scripts
• Workflow Types

The way these errors are presented to the User remains unchanged.
