finPOWER Connect Cloud; Unused Permissions have been removed

Sone Permissions for finPOWER Connect Cloud where unused. These Permissions relate to libraries only accessible by administrators, so changing the Permission for them did not do anything.

The following permissions have been removed:

• Cloud.Form.Roles
• Cloud.Form.UserGroups
• Cloud.Form.UserPolicies
