GL Export; Batch Header record "Notes" now includes text "CONTAINS NO RECORDS" if no records were exported

When exporting to General Ledger, the GL Export Batch Header record's "Notes" column now includes the text "CONTAINS NO RECORDS" - if no records were exported.

This helps identify Exported batches in the list presented when re-exporting.
