Script Editor: Specifying external references may not always find the assembly

Specifying external references in the Script Editor may not always find the specified assembly when the Script is being executed.

Executing the script will generate an error such as "Failed to execute General Script 'XX'. Script execution failed for Script 'XX". Could not load file or assembly 'XX' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
