HTML Widgets; Publish Documents wizard; New configuraton parameters to "Show Log Notes" and a Permission Key to prevent Cancelling

The Publish Documents wizard has been updated to add the following configuration parameters:

• Show Log Notes
• If checked (the default), this will show a "Notes" column in the Logs grid (providing at least one or more items has notes)
• Permission Key Cancel
• When clicking the "Cancel" button, the User is given the option to "Suspend" or "Cancel" the batch. If the User is not allowed this permission, they will not receive the "Cancel" option

If the Log Notes column is showing, a new, "Compact View" button appears below the grid. This allows the Notes column to be compacted to show only a single row of information from the Log Notes (this information may still wrap to multiple rows in the grid, depending on the width of the form and the length of the first row of the Log Notes).
