Script Editor; Added ability to change the Word Wrap of the script code

The Script Editor now has the ability to toggle the Word Wrap appearance of the script code to allow developers to see the whole line on their screen.

There is a new Developer User Preference to set the default value for the Word Wrap. This is located in User Preferences, Developer, General, Set Script Editor to use Word Wrap by Default? This is defaulted to FALSE.

There is also a new button at the bottom of the Script Editor to toggle this behaviour.
