Calendars; Add Holidays wizard; Country dropdown now excludes Countries defined in the Information List

The Add Holidays wizard, accessed from the Calendars form, no longer includes Countries defined in the Countries Information List.

As we only support adding holidays automatically for countries natively supported by finPOWER Connect, it did not make sense to include these in the list.
