New Client wizard; duplicate client may fail with "Validation of Client Bank Accounts failed"

When duplicating a Client, the New Client wizard save may fail with a "Validation of Client Bank Accounts failed" error if the Bank Account details are cleared.

The error is "Failed to save Client. Validation of Client Bank Accounts failed. Payment Type not specified on line 1."

When duplicating a Client, the list of Bank Accounts is now cleared, meaning this issue will no longer occur - however this means it is a breaking change.
