ISWebUtilities GetCertificate; Updated Business Layer
The ISWebUtilities.GetCertificate Business Layer method has been updated for future compatibility.
Note, the "certificate" object will now be set to Nothing if the call to GetCertificate has failed or the certificate cannot be instantiated.
