Import Information; GL Accounts not loading from an XML file

Trying to import GL Accounts via the File, Import/ Export Information, Import Information menu may fail with "Failed to Import Information. Failed to Import XML information. Failed to import GL Account from XML file. GLAccountId must be specified.".

Note, this occurs when importing using the "Standard (XML)" file type.
