InfoAgent Security Enquiry; better handling of non-ASCII characters

The InfoAgent Security Enquiry does not accept characters outside of the "Latin" alphabet ("A" to "Z"), and accented versions of those characters.

These characters, such as Chinese characters, will fail validation with the message "Invalid {Field Name}. One or more characters are not supported by the service provider."
