Centrix NZ Security Enquiry; better handling of non-ASCII characters

The Centrix NZ Security Enquiry does not handle diacritical or other non-ASCII characters.

finPOWER Connect now updates diacritical characters to their base letter, e.g. "Á" is sent as "A".

Other characters, such as Chinese characters, will fail validation with the message "Invalid {Field Name}. One or more characters are not supported by the service provider."
