New Client wizard; updated matching logic

In the New Client wizard, after entering the Client's Name and other information, a list of potential existing duplicate Clients is shown. This allows the User to see if the Client already exists and stop them from adding the same Client.

The logic on how this list is generated has been updated.

Previously, for Individuals, the Last Name had to match. Now, either the Last Name, Tax Number (IRD Number in New Zealand) or Date of Birth must match. For Sole Traders, the logic has been similarly updated.

The list is then ranked, based upon what information matches, and displayed to the User.

In addition, the grid now highlights those values that are the same, e.g. Gender, Date of Birth, Name etc., by showing the cell's background as a shade of green depending on its importance, darker is higher importance.
