Validation; Australian Business Numbers and Australian Company Numbers

The following functions have been added to ISValidation (finBL.Validation)

• IsValidAUBusinessNumber()
• IsValidAUCompanyNumber()

The functions are used internally by finSupportedCountryAU for validating business and company numbers and in Forms where user input of that data occurs. Previous validation done by finSupportedCountryAU is now handled by ISValidation.
