HTML Widgets; Account Processes; Checkboxes are now automatically unchecked if they become read only

Unchecking options on the Processing Options page of Account Processes can cause other options to become read only. For example, unchecking "Payment Due Transactions?" for Loans will cause the following check boxes to become read only:

• Standard Transactions?
• Interest & Fee Transactions?
• Statements?
• Overdue Rules?

Previously, these remained checked in the Account Processes HTML Widget, which was incorrect. This has been fixed, and now when a checkbox becomes read only, they are now automatically unchecked as well.
